Sergei Narinsky

 Born in Chernigov, Ukraine, in June 1975.

 Began his music studies at age of six at Revutsky Music School with Tatyana Onchukova and Semen Tishkevich.

 At age of 15 he started the studies of Double Bass at Revutsky Music College with Semen Tishkevich.

 After the immigration to Israel, in January 1995, continued studies at the Jerusalem Academy of Music with Peter Marc and after that, with Michael Klinghoffer.


 Solo and Orchestra Experience

 During his studies in the Music School played in Symphony Orchestra and chamber ensembles of the School.

 During his studies in the Music College, he was principal player in the Bass section of the Symphony Orchestra, played in many chamber ensembles.

 After finishing of the Music College in 1994, was invited to work in the Chamber Orchestra of the Music College.

 During his studies at Academy of Music was principal player in the Bass section of the Symphony and Chamber Orchestras.

 As a Soloist played with the Symphony Orchestra of Chernigov, played many recitals and concerts of Chamber music.

 June 1998 – invited to play in the Bass section of the Young Philharmonic Orchestra. Took part in the tours to Russia, China, Germany and Spain.

 August 1998 – participated in the Mizra course for string players. During the course he played master class for Prof. Michael Wolf.

 December 1998 – Master class with Franco Petracchi.

 From 2000 – Present - Bass player in double bass section of Haifa Symphony Orchestra.

 February 2000 - Invited to work in the Israeli Yad Harif Orchestra.

 From 2003 to 2005 was principal player in the Bass section of “Orchestra for Peace”, took part in the tours to France, Belgium and Jordan.

 From 2003 – Played with Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, Beer-Sheva Symphony Orchestra, Raanana Symphony Orchestra, Ashdod Chamber Orchestra, Holon Chamber Orchestra, “Uval” Orchestra.

 From 2003 working with “Klezmer Shpil” Orchestra.
